Microsoft just announced their new studio that will be focusing on new IP’s for the Next-Gen console the Xbox 720. The studio will be taking over the development of franchises like Halo and several new IP’s that Microsoft wants to develop for their new Xbox 720. The studio has currently 55 developers and is located in Vancouver Canada. This is what they mentioned in a interview with VancouverSun

“We’re not working on an existing franchise, we’re looking to build the next Halo here in Vancouver, for example, which is really exciting. We are building something from the ground up.”
